Used the online portal to place the order for Mother’s Day flowers and also a little treat filled giant mug. It seems the delivery contractor misplaced the treat but within hours it was also delivered. I appreciate how hectic Mother’s Day is and as a business owner this minor glitch was handled efficiently and with grace. This is my second time ordering here since Thoms closed shop and flowers arrangements have been beautiful and bountiful. Good service has been dwindling and unrealistic customer expectations has been growing. Running a small business is more challenging than when I started 30 years ago , so great job and thank you to the owners and staff. B from Ontario

The flower arrangement I ordered for my friend’s birthday was absolutely perfect! Exactly how I envisioned it. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered right on time, which made the surprise extra special.
