    I ordered the day before and it was no problem for delivery. The flowers were prettier than the picture! Doing a video card was such a great option - what a good memory for my daughter to have. Flowers were sent to congratulate her and made her day.

    Used the online portal to place the order for Mother’s Day flowers and also a little treat filled giant mug. It seems the delivery contractor misplaced the treat but within hours it was also delivered. I appreciate how hectic Mother’s Day is and as a business owner this minor glitch was handled efficiently and with grace. This is my second time ordering here since Thoms closed shop and flowers arrangements have been beautiful and bountiful. Good service has been dwindling and unrealistic customer expectations has been growing. Running a small business is more challenging than when I started 30 years ago , so great job and thank you to the owners and staff. B from Ontario
